I’ve had nothing but problems with Fidium. Do not recommend. -- Waylonnnnn, 2025-04-15 ### *---- "Don’t accept the lies" In concept, this is a great system, however my Internet goes out as much or more often than Comcast don’t believe the lies that they tell you I have witness that the salesman said this was perfect to work from home yet it constantly goes out. I have witnessed that the technician who came said there’s problems that they keep patching instead of fixing. Don’t think that you’re getting a better deal by leaving Comcast and going to Pham. Maybe there’s a better fiber, Internet company out there, but this one is definitely not it But wait there’s more their customer service is nonexistent you can never get through to anyone they just leave you sitting on hold. Which they say it’s because they’re so busy but is a major indicator that they have nothing but problems. Don’t trust video fiber Internet it’s no better than anything else. I promise you. -- mtn1mutt, 2025-04-10 ### *---- "Another point of failure" As if fidium service wasn’t bad enough, now we need an app that has connectivity issues just like their internet service -- CFeeney13, 2025-03-13 ### ***-- "Need better logging" Would like see web history per profile not just events. -- BLS - Network, 2025-02-20 ### **--- "Got hacked by the person who installed my Wi-Fi. Don’t trust this company at all!" Got hacked by the employee who installed my router, do not trust this company or their employees. Pay the extra 20 bucks for a different one, this one cares nothing about security. -- Awake and seeing through you, 2024-11-15 ### *---- "Worst internet and service ever" 8/6I switched from my current provider on 7/15 because the guy came and to my door saying how good the service is and how I would get 2gigs up to 2000 upload and download for the same price I was paying for the 1gig 1000up & downloads I work 2 jobs from home and when trying to connect to the vpn the downloads is only 400 and uploads 0.28 I called tech support I been sitting since 9am to speak with someone is now 12:45pm then after so long is says no one is avail and hangs up!!!!! Please whatever you do! Don’t waste your $$$ with this company! Because customer service is just as worst as the service! 9/12 @2:20am another outage wake up to beeping in my house. That’s my alarm system, letting me know that my Internet is off-line so I am calling them to see what’s going on. The only thing they can say is they are putting in a ticket this company need to be shut down. I wake up to beeping in my house. That’s my alarm system, letting me know that my Internet is off-line so I am calling them to see what’s going on. The only thing they can say is they are putting in a ticket this company need to be shut down! -- optional privacy, 2024-09-13 ### *---- "I can not log in." I constantly get a screen that says”Something went wrong”. I try later with same result. Disappointing. Worthless. -- Al Trivett, 2024-08-30 ### *---- "App is garbage" The internet service is fine but this app is a buggy disaster -- jz_apple, 2024-08-27 ### *---- "Avoid at All Costs, Horrible, Worst Service" You can’t imagine how horrible this company and its services are. They are by far the worst of the worst. They actually avoid answering their phones when you have an outage, and that will happen several times per week. Apps don’t work, logins don’t work, reset passwords does not work, and more. Avoid this company completely! -- Outlook Robocalls, 2024-08-14 ### *---- "Make app better!!! Update it please!!!!" Please make app better and troubleshoot device and fix connection issues instead of just giving me a telephone number to call that no one answers half the time. It is not impossible to do because other internet providers let you do more from there app than you let me do from this app. Yall just created basic app with limited features and options. Do better and go update this app please!!!!!!! -- Music&soul (ios), 2024-08-12 [View all Fidium Attune WiFi reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Fidium Attune WiFi - [Entergy](https://apptail.io/app/entergy-qPO/united-states) - [Harris Central Appraisal Dist](https://apptail.io/app/harris-central-appraisal-dist-ZQO/united-states) - [EyeOnWater](https://apptail.io/app/eyeonwater-aSO/united-states) - [Mobile Link for Generators](https://apptail.io/app/mobile-link-for-generators-lDR/united-states) - [Eversource Energy](https://apptail.io/app/eversource-energy-BKR/united-states) - [My Breezeline](https://apptail.io/app/my-breezeline-XjX/united-states) - [Green Mountain Power](https://apptail.io/app/green-mountain-power-DXdb/united-states) - [Speed Test | HighSpeedInternet](https://apptail.io/app/speed-test-highspeedinternet-PPuc/united-states) - [Liberty My Account](https://apptail.io/app/liberty-my-account-bwvc/united-states) - [SMUD](https://apptail.io/app/smud-uOQc/united-states) ## Fidium Attune WiFi Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/fidium-attune-wifi-rzid/united-states) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/fidium-attune-wifi-rzid/brunei) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/fidium-attune-wifi-rzid/germany) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/fidium-attune-wifi-rzid/estonia) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/fidium-attune-wifi-rzid/ukraine) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
