Payment screen
Hi again Please change the layout from querty keyboard to an easier layout when making a payment. It would me so much better and easier. I kept making mistakes when entering credit card number and expiry date too . So please fix it on the next Fido APP update . Have been waiting for this update for months and years. What is the hold up?

Not getting a refer a friend
Someone refer me and I joined fido with that referral link. But till not I didn’t get anything. I called customer care a talked more than 30mint and they told me that you have to start the process again. And it will take 10-20mint more. Fido is making me fool and waste my time. Very bad service, i will not recommend anyone to use their services l.
Impossible to stay logged …
I get logged out if I don’t use it for a few days… and have to login, with a strong password I obviously forgot… painful !
Make it so I stay logged in or allow the use of Face ID !

so f ing slow to open the app. i dread opening it. if you’re using data to use the app? oh good luck. takes forever, probably a scheme to earn more money from you using data.

Worst customer service
My experience was frustrating and disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer for some time, I felt undervalued. They repeatedly canceled my calls, wasting two hours of my time. When I finally connected with a representative, their attitude was rude. Overall, a disappointing experience
You owe me money for app glitch
You owe me 38.42 exactly for your app glitch I already paid my phone bill on the first and it’s the third and your app never updated it still said 38.42 after I fully paid it then I open the app it was suppose to say zero dollars after the refresh so now you guys owe me for something I already paid for and if I don’t get refunded then then next step is take this to the news and social media because I already see you not responding back you have 24-48 hours to respond for this problem FIDO
No Dark Mode
Dark Mode is a Must have! I don’t like it when the App glows in my face at night.
Bad UI
I don’t know who designed this UI but it’s extremely hard to use
Helpline service
I’m so disappointed with the Fido helpline, I waited for 15 minutes with annoying sound. It was my worse experience ever.
