Field Agent walks the property manager through 4 different inspection types. For a room by room routine inspection similar to Field Agent 1 we have have the 'Quick Routine' option and for the extensive routine inspection we have a 'Detailed Routine' option. To complete the tenancy cycle we have an Ingoing and Outgoing Inspection option. These reports are based on the requirements throughout Australia, New Zealand and the UK, and an editable template for other jurisdictions. The property manager is prompted to add comments and photos to each room and feature in the property. After the inspection is complete then the report can be emailed directly from your iPhone straight to the client or back to the office computer. Field Agent includes the popular ‘overlay’ feature. This feature brings up photos from previous inspections and lets the property manager use them as an overlay, meaning you can take the same photo over and over again. It’s a great way to keep track of the condition of a property over the life of the tenancy. Routine Inspections are free of charge. Ingoing and Outgoing inspections cost 1 credit and credits can be purchased from within the application using your iTunes account. Field Agent is designed by property managers, for property managers. ## Field Agent Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple71/v4/9f/04/88/9f04880a-8d37-f669-657d-58623f3301f0/pr_source.png/640x960.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple71/v4/ef/71/c1/ef71c15f-9fed-445a-0040-94446ae000c3/pr_source.png/640x960.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple62/v4/02/74/01/0274019e-24a8-fca0-8f31-2de00906d688/pr_source.png/640x960.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple71/v4/da/4b/74/da4b7415-18a8-c876-94eb-b168502ea822/pr_source.png/640x960.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple71/v4/49/b6/e9/49b6e9ee-c455-813f-851d-13cd08f23289/pr_source.png/640x960.png) ## Field Agent Rating Breakdown in Australia - 5 stars: 1 (50%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 1 (50%) ## Field Agent In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | 5 Field Agent Report Credits | $7.99 | | 10 Field Agent Report Credits | $13.99 | | 25 Field Agent Report Credits | $34.99 | ## Field Agent Discovered Keywords - field agent - gigwalk ## Field Agent Available In - [China](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/china) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/australia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/canada) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/india) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/united-states) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/nigeria) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/mexico) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/united-kingdom) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/malaysia) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/hong-kong) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/egypt) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/indonesia) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/israel) - [Jamaica](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/jamaica) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/argentina) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/azerbaijan) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/brunei) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/brazil) - [Botswana](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/botswana) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/belarus) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/chile) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/colombia) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/united-arab-emirates) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/pakistan) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/taiwan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/ukraine) - [British Virgin Islands](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/british-virgin-islands) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/lebanon) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/field-agent-gAxc/kazakhstan) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
