Needs better contrast
The app is good but can be very glitchy at times. Other peoples contact information is put into other appointments for no apparent reason.
Also, the color of the text is terrible. It’s a gray color on white background, really makes you strain your eyes to try to read it. Not sure what the idea is behind that.
No other FSM like it for the $$$
I’m not even sure where to start other than it’s one of the most user friendly and visually appealing CRM/FSM out there. I’ve demoed close to a dozen of the top FSM’s out there and this one has it all. Plus they can grow with you. Integrations on the starter plan with text and email notifications along with communication and tracking. It doesn’t get any better than this! The longer you wait, the longer you are wasting money!!!

The previous software we used only integrated to Quickbooks and we have two franchaises across Canada. They didnt let us calculate tax for each province which was taking up a lot of my weekends updating in Quickbooks by hand. I saw fieldd and gave them a go and they CAN handle multiple taxes and sync with other accounting platforms than QuickBooks.

Field seems to be adding new features all the time. At first I was a litle hesitant becasue I thought it may impact our monthly plan. It hasnt and now after using them for 3 months a lot of the recent updates have been things we wanted
