Easily see customer history, current and upcoming work orders, track time, and more! FieldEdge makes the customer experience better than ever. Take pictures of the problem issue and show the customer. Use our customized Pricebook (complete with pictures) to easily pull the parts into an invoice and provide customer with good, better, best options. Simply complete the order by taking payment in the field and have all the expenses flow right into your accounting software – no more double entry when technicians return to the office!

Work Order Features:
•View service dispatches & work order information. 
•View and edit customer contact information.
•Give the office real-time status updates with time tracking.
•Use mapping and routing, & turn-by-turn driving directions.
•View customer account, service history, equipment, saved documents & service maintenance agreement information.
•Add and edit customer equipment in account record or dispatch.
•Add pictures from device camera and gallery to customer record.
•Collect important information and fill out checklists using custom forms 

Quote and Invoicing Features:
•Present a complete quote to your customer with images of quoted parts and equipment
•Provide “Good-Better-Best” options to customers with the ability accept or reject items with the final price adjusting accordingly. Rejected items are saved in the customer account, allowing you to review these items on future visits.
•Create, view, and email service quotes & invoices. 
•Process payments & prepayments, including PCI compliant credit card processing. 
•Capture customer authorization & acceptance signatures.

This app crashes a lot and the only way to get it to work is to delete it and download it again.
The only good thing that this app  got going is that you can run credit cards via Bluetooth.  
I don’t know why they can’t seem to get it right…

App is horrible. Takes 3 steps to do one thing. When doing job summary, spell check is gone with update. We are a field of construction workers. Some of us don’t have the best education in spelling. Makes it hard for some techs and office to correct. Have been using for 2 yrs and still has a long way to go. Do better

FieldEdge is a great concept, but some issues I have with it is mobile app capabilities and glitchiness to it’s functionality. I don’t know if they just want to send so much information every time I enter something it takes soo long. Also it’s too easy to delete items, I have to type out comments sometimes and they take precious time that cost my client’s money when I’m billing hourly. 
I wish you could attach links or videos, never been able to figure that out either… 
Hopefully someone sees this and looks in to it.

The new update takes away ease of use while navigating through the menu because they’ve taken away the ability to swipe between screens. Also, the  autocorrect feature within the app has been removed so sometimes uncaught misspells slip through. The updates seemingly make things worse while at the same time a challenge to even use the app. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.

Been using it for years. It’s very clunky, glitchy, and buggy. Makes my daily job very frustrating. Updates promise to fix things but usually creates new problems. Fields don’t save or change when adding equipment, keyboard autofill only works on some tabs. Look elsewhere for a dispatching service.
