I had to make my first call to FieldWise yesterday. I had a unit that wouldn’t stay up. A young lady named Alecia answered the phone and immediately began to help me sort through my problem. I soon realized that it was a mistake I had made and had it not been for Alecia I would have never found my mistake. 5 Stars fir Alecia and I’ll have to wait and see how the rest of the company works.
