Average speed: Unfortunately, the average speed metric provided by the app has displayed inconsistency and questionable accuracy. Despite inputting individual round speeds, the calculated average speed did not align with the actual data, raising concerns about the app's ability to deliver precise speed measurements. Retraction time: Similarly, the retraction time measurements within the app have proven to be unreliable, with values that appear inconsistent or inaccurate, casting doubt on the usefulness of this feature for assessing punch retraction efficiency. Overall, while FightBackPro presents a promising array of training metrics and performance monitoring tools, the accuracy and reliability of certain measurements, such as average speed and retraction time, need improvement to truly deliver on the app's potential.
