The app allows only viewing and commenting. It doesn’t have the full functionality of the web app which is a shame. Would love to have design capabilities as iPads with magic keyboards are basically smaller laptops.

This app generally has 4 functions. First, it can mirror a frame on which you are working on a desktop. Second, runs prototypes. Third, lets making comments. And has built-in FigJam app. So, it does all of those pretty well but… You know… Editing 🥺
Now, if you want to use Figma on your iPad, probably the best option is using Figurative app.
But I reeeally hope Figma team is working on fully functional native iPad app. Figurative is far from being perfect.
