Why is this a thing? All the money FiGPiN gets from us, this app should be seamless and running smoothly. The last update was months ago. That’s unacceptable, you have to fix this and fix it now! Come on! -- Floyd Barker, 2026-01-17 ### *---- "Just plain horrible" Have so many pins to unlock and can’t because the app want let me because it keeps crashing or saying server error what a waste -- Mike3039, 2025-12-25 ### ***-- "What a shame" It’s such a shame. The pins are so nice. But the app has been nothing short of a disappointment from the moment I got access to it a year ago after it was off the Apple Store for months. It crashes semi-regularly, it has the propensity to be buggy, and it can’t handle you dropping pins into the Unlocker in semi-large batches (think 10+). Recently it kept force-logging you off and the Monday Chase cards haven’t run in a long time. It almost takes away from the ownership experience because the app and the scoring system is what got me interested in FiGPiN to begin with. I hope something is done to improve the experience because it’s what makes the brand unique and fun to collect. -- Jegs1986, 2025-08-22 ### *---- "Nghia" You can’t even tap to love or add pins to cart. Whoever made this app did not care and didn’t check for issues. -- Ntvu22, 2025-08-13 ### *---- "Can’t Buy Pins" I literally see new drops and I’m signed in and I’ve bought pins before and have a profile, but that past several months I haven’t been getting the option to buy ANY pin is the app done? -- Kevsoh23, 2025-05-29 ### *---- "App just does not work" Having had this app for awhile. Everyday I cannot even add my pins. Keep getting server issues/error, and everything I do to try and fix it does nothing. Horrible app that doesn’t work. -- MoeTaro, 2025-05-26 ### **--- "App needs improvement" I love FiGPiN! I love the idea of this app… but I hate how slow it is, how often it freezes, and how certain features don’t seem to work. -- Nicholelks, 2025-05-09 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Listen to the one star reviews. This app will not work. I’ve restarted it about 5 times and nothing loads properly. Whenever I try to use the serial number thing, it brings up an error message, and it doesn’t let you add friends with other people. It’s just a poorly made app all around and it seems the devs don’t care about fixing these issues. -- Malpack1, 2025-05-09 ### *---- "FiGPoiNtless" Sure would love a way to track on my phone all the pins I collect! Unfortunately I would rather take a pin to the eye than use this app again. -- Canon fired, 2025-05-03 ### *---- "Progressively worse" I love my figpins but this app is so glitchy and the company is unresponsive. They promote the idea of logging pins in the app, and getting special opportunities to buy pins as a result of unlocking others, but the app crashes, freezes, and otherwise just doesn’t work. -- MLCPT, 2025-04-21 [View all FiGPiN reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to FiGPiN - [New York Comic Con 2026](https://apptail.io/app/new-york-comic-con-2026-iPj/united-states) - [Marvel Collect!
