I love this app. I love that it breaks down the workouts in separate workout segments (warm up, then weights, then core, then stretching). Each one is a check off for completion. So even on busy days where I don’t complete the full list, I feel some accomplishment by checking off part of it. I also love that you can message the coaches.

I love using this app. I don’t get to the gym anymore these days due to big family and growing business. However I have time to workout at home. This app offers a great at home gym membership for me. Great exercises-they have it all figured out for me I just have to follow directions. I haven’t been this consistent in working out in about 9 years.

FIGR is such an amazing platform. The way they have it set up is super easy to use and allows you to connect other apps to keep track of data all in one place. For example you can use your Fitbit to track meals and such but the data will sync with FIGR. All the workouts have videos to show real things what to do and will flow through a workout using different movements. Each workout has set times or reps to go through and then will start a timer for rests. I used to bring a notebook to the gym to record reps, weights and times but now this app allows you keep that all in one place using a super friendly platform. Could not recommend more!
