Their product is not very good. They hide how to cancel and try to get you stuck in an endless cycle of payments! Avoid this app and this company at all costs. There are better products out there.
I can tell you from recent experience, that FIIX on IOS is not reliable. It is not user friendly. The customer service you receive is not helpful, and our company has spent more time fixing fiix than actually fixing machines.
we can not see a lot of information, no BOM for parts and machines and we uses last app because this one have limited functionality
I don’t like the fact that after the last update/version, the ability to see work orders from all techs is gone. Now, even with all filters on, I can only see my work orders. The last version had 6,7,8 pages going back several months with all work orders, be it open, closed, in progress etc. that you could view for troubleshooting etc. Please make it like that again.
overall FIIX is a great product! The mobile app is decent but would like to see more features on it. Would be nice to have the ability to add new parts in under parts (from mobile app) and also ability to add a photo / picture of the part from your mobile device and upload it (much like what you can do on assets). This would make adding a photo of a part so much easier!!! Also Right now when you press the + button under parts it shows new work order. Instead of new work order it would be great to be able to add a new part instead.
The app is hard to use and confusing. you can tell it was designed by people who have never worked in maintenance before. It’s hard to locate the equipment your searching for. It’s over all redundant and inefficient.
Let me input data from the app. Like the desktop version.
I got used to the app. Never cared for it much, but it’s useable, however, with the latest updates, they took away to work order counts that showed the number of work orders you have, and I miss that feature a lot
Overall FiiX is top notch as a CMMS the desktop environment is very easy to use and navigate. The app is improving but is still pretty limited. With the most recent update they have given us the ability to see ALL work orders not just those assigned to the user or anyone that reports to that user. However the filter is broken. The only work orders you will see, even though you filter for a specific “status” are the Active ones. Any work orders that are part of the Pending category will not show up. You can find them just like always from the desktop and then change the status back to an active type so your technician can see it again. This is limiting for the technician who is active in the system and uses it to actually track the status of his/her work. You should be able to see any work order type that you filter for, thus the reason you filtered for it…
