Files App (formerly known as Downloads Lite) features a Web browser that lets you save documents to your iPhone or iPod touch so that you can work with them offline. It has a built-in file manager, with robust viewer for all iOS supported document types, powerful photo browser, advanced PDF reader, full Dropbox support, and more.

NOTE: This app does not support downloading of audio or video content.

I’ve read the reviews, I am too another victim in purchasing full access only to find that now I need to “subscribe”. Also read when u said check the faq to “restore purchases”. I have used this app for many years & it was my favourite. I paid to upgrade as I loved it so much & wanted to download more items & not be limited. However since the last Apple update it doesn’t work at all!! It wouldn’t even open for awhile.  I’ve emailed support & no response. I keep checking back & now it opens but still won’t download even my work schedule. I’m looking for a new downloads app but I’m sad as I’ve loved this app & counted on it for work for years!! Please fix it!!

since the update of ios 13 this application has failed to complete basic functions. such as importing videos from camera roll. i have been using this application since 2015 & it would be a shame to stop using it now because of the delay in bug fixes suitable for ios 13. 

please fix it, this app is one of the best file managers on the app store.

As of Apple iOS update 13.2.3 this app no longer functions properly with the IPhone. Biggest problem is when you click on a download link and ‘save’, it will not download. Defeats the entire purpose of having this app. 

Developer please fix in the next week or I will be asking for a refund on the full version I purchased. 

Do not download this app until the developer has confirmed a fix.

UPDATE: not working in iOS 13.  Previously downloaded videos play, but cannot play any online videos as the app crashes immediately. Please fix the app for iOS 13!

Generally works very well. Occasionally the back button in the built in browser crashes the app, and deleting a local file will freeze the list. Other than those glitches it’s a good utility to download web content and store locally.
