I spent $20 on an app that’s now a subscription. The “legacy” version isn’t accessible for d/l. It was nice while it lasted but no way, I’ll pay $40 a year after losing access to a very expensive app at the original purchase price. It’s way to expensive for what it does.
Massively attempts to con you into a subscription, then none of the links to "get" the legacy version work.
I bought this and now you want subscription money. That’s like selling a car and going to the buyers house and wanting to be paid for renting it. Shame on you.
I paid $40 for this app. It works all right; definitely not like they claim, but a more professional version of video work than the native camera app. Buttt…when they add new features, not only do you have to shell out another $40 for them, you also lose access to the app!! They claim you can download the legacy version. False. That link doesn’t work. The legacy link on their own website takes you to the current version. They just want your money. Hopefully over time, developers like this will banned from the App Store. Or hopefully we will become smarter and not rely on iPhone apps from unknown people. Greed shall reap all the rewards deserving of its intent.
When you buy a DSLR or some other camera from the store… which includes software built into it to use it of course… does the company make you pay $5 a month for the rest of your life to use your own camera?? Such that you pay for the camera, and then keep paying the company every single month for the rest of your life? No, of course not. So why does filmic pro now do this? Because they have turned from a highly respected team to thieves and crooks.
Your greed is backfiring on you. you can’t last much longer with all these great FREE apps that is way better than yours. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I already paid in full and upgrades should be free. I am currently using Black Magic which is free at the moment.
stop spamming me with your subscription plan. I bought legacy and I don’t want to be tricked into a subscription.
Filmic Pro is a phenomenal video product! It gives you almost unlimited control over your content and helps to simplify your post production process. Try it, you’ll love it!
This used to be a great app, until they switched to a subscription model and left all of us who bought the original with the buggy legacy version.
