我发邮件问了开发者，他们提供的解决办法，亲测有效：
-从设备中删除应用程序，然后等待几分钟，重新启动设备，再等待几分钟，然后再安装应用程序。
（一定不要删了立马重新安装，否则无效）
其实这个问题不怪开发者，无法下载是由于用户所在地区的CDN服务器的一些配置错误，该技术由iOS管理，所以app开发人员没有办法检查出了什么问题或解决了问题。
因此我建议评论里给一两星的赶紧尝试一下，给人家把评分改回来吧，这个app团队真的很良心～
