THE FOUR JOBS • Save — A film catches your attention. Tap, add. The shelf builds itself over weeks and months. • Remember — Each entry holds onto what the film is: poster, description, year, runtime. Your shelf never decays into a wall of forgotten titles. • Choose — Browse the shelf or, with Premium, tap Shuffle for a one-at-a-time proposal. Reroll until something feels right. • Reminisce — Watched films stay on the shelf as a quiet record of what you've seen and when. A SHELF, NOT A DATABASE Films Shelf is built around a single guiding test: does this feel more like a shelf than a database? Warmth over completeness. Context over metadata. Earned archive over managed catalog. PREMIUM Premium adds: • Ad-free experience • Partner sharing — invite one partner to share your shelf. Both of you can add, mark watched, and remove films. The shelf updates on both phones. • In-app trailer playback • Shuffle — surface a one-at-a-time film suggestion from your shelf Premium is $4.99/month or $29.99/year. New users get 30 days of Premium free. Cancel anytime. PRIVACY Films Shelf has no first-party servers. Your shelf lives in your iCloud, not on our infrastructure. Film metadata is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Adding a movie takes two seconds and it remembers the poster/year/runtime so my list doesn’t turn into a mess of titles I forgot why I saved. Shared shelf with my wife, and that is the best part, no more “wait what were we gonna watch” texts. Shuffle helps too when we’re both too tired to pick. -- Mcosta91, 2026-07-10 [View all Films Shelf reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Films Shelf In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Films Shelf Premium (Annual) | $12.99 | | Films Shelf Premium (Monthly) | $4.99 | ## Apps Similar to Films Shelf - [Airy TV & Live Movie Streaming](https://apptail.io/app/airy-tv-live-movie-streaming-dAs/united-states) - [Best IPTV](https://apptail.io/app/best-iptv-WJx/united-states) - [EveryMovie – Random movie](https://apptail.io/app/everymovie-random-movie-MJM/united-states) - [Watchlist | Filme & Serien](https://apptail.io/app/watchlist-filme-serien-Xwvk/united-states) - [originalFlix](https://apptail.io/app/originalflix-yZZo/united-states) - [Cine AI: Movie Finder, Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/cine-ai-movie-finder-tracker-JETu/united-states) - [USA Live TV](https://apptail.io/app/usa-live-tv-jlhx/united-states) - [FlixX: Discover Movie & Show](https://apptail.io/app/flixx-discover-movie-show-Xbqx/united-states) - [CineSave Pro](https://apptail.io/app/cinesave-pro-Mchy/united-states) - [CineDuo: Movie Night Together](https://apptail.io/app/cineduo-movie-night-together-QiEy/united-states) ## Films Shelf Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/films-shelf-WNmA/united-states) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/films-shelf-WNmA/indonesia) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/films-shelf-WNmA/israel) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/films-shelf-WNmA/italy) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/films-shelf-WNmA/thailand) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
