## Financial Horizons CU Reviews in United States

### *---- "Need a way just to pay principal"
Very poor app there’s no way that you could just pay for the principle of your loan. Any other loan that I have, they have an option to pay on the principal.
-- Josejr2122, 2023-05-10

### *---- "Junk"
I have to reset my password constantly just to see how much money I have. It would be nice to know how much money I have so I can buy some things I’ve been saving up for. And being I work around your bank schedule completely makes it pretty frustrating I can’t make I purchase right now that I’ve been wanting to do for a while.
-- gsadghxsgh, 2022-10-21

### *---- "App not working"
Haven’t been able to log into the app for a week now.
-- tsmith9618, 2022-07-23

### *---- "Not Working"
Ap not opening after repeated attempts.
-- Supa Womban, 2021-06-05

### *---- "Bill pay"
It was a lot better when you paid a bill it came out of your account that day instead of coming out after the payee decides to cash it.
-- Sophiemaggie, 2019-03-22

### ****- "Payment"
It appears you changed your payment method. The funds used to come out when the check was sent, know it appears it comes out when it is received. I prefer the original way.
-- Kat Balloo, 2019-02-19

### *---- "Needs some work"
Constantly crashes and it does not properly explain how to do mobile deposits.
-- Darklegi0n, 2016-10-27
