Irregular charging

Phd001 on

Belgium

Getting seriously on my nerves, the app just freezes and stays blank. Only solution disinstall and reinstall.

No access via the app on the iphone

LMM0099 on

Belgium

My subscription works perfectly from my app. But from my iphone it asks me to resubscribe to a new plan each time I try to login

I already pay quite a lot of money and there are still advertisements on the app. I find that a bit annoying

Bad search function and graphs

jldemed on

Belgium

The search function is terrible, which is a real loss given the endless amount of relevant information in FT produced material. The graphs are just as awful. They are normally too small and almost impossible read. There is no zoom or pop out function like in every other publication like The Economist or the WSJ.

great app, only one shortcoming

Indikator on

Belgium

sometimes audio files will not play or discontinue playing as soon as Iphone goes inactive, this is the only shortcoming I can see

Insta? Seriosuly???

vlodarchyck_ on

No, no instaStory-wise look! The instaKids are not your target. Please, back to the professional look!!

Very good app

Daddy.Cool on

Belgium

The FT is well organised and prepares well for offline use as well. The reason it doesn’t receive the full five stars is that it switches to another page too easily with the slightest swipe movement which is still bearable, but correction with a counter-swipe rarely takes me back to the page where I was and it can be difficult to find the page back.

Bugs

AE Albert on

Belgium

Bugs. Not working well offline since several weeks. Customer service not answering mail. Update on my review: problem still not resolved. Since last Apple update problem on the IPad too. FT is an excellent paper but this app must replace the customer service and developer with competent people. If problem not resolved I’ll not renew my subscription and I feel entitled to a partial refund already.

Thanks
