Video ads with auto play and sound on
Great app, but after you pay for your subscription, the app will display a lot of video ads that automatically start playing once you scroll the text. And the sound is automatically on! Why am I hearing an advertisement while reading my newspaper? Who made that decision?

Great reporting, terrible user experience
Tired of paying and getting shut out of the app because of an overactive zealot of a paywall...
Great paper but...
...the app does not work with iOS 10.3.3. (iPad 3rd generation acquired in 2012). The web app works and the helpdesk is kind. Nevertheless the web app crashes frequently. Ideally both the app and the web app should not require so much processing and RAM memory resources. It is a paper app. Is is not statistical software or machine learning processing. Please fix it to keep your subscribers, like myself. Merry Christmas and keep up.

Exceptional Daily Poorly Served by Weak App
The FT is one of the best newspaper in the western world. What a shame that its digital format is massively sub-par. Try retrieving any past article you missed when it was publishing. Good luck with that, except if you have the title word for word. The search function is abysmal. This is not acceptable in the age of Google and ChatGPT
Please change text width on iPad
The app is really difficult to read because the text is too wide. In portrait mode on iPad the line width spans the entire width of the screen making it uncomfortable to read. Not a problem with the size of the text but how wide the line is. Please allow users to change it.
