Can’t believe there are ads even when you are subscribed. There truly is no limit to greed.
FT subscriptions
FT is a great source of information and analysis but has very complicated subscription policies. Why not make it easier for everyone to subscribe and read a great newspaper!
Deceiving
I am a premium subscriber and am really annoyed still seeing advertisements - beating in mind the price of the subscription. The App is still not perfect, day/night modes would be much appreciated. Content is very good though.

Serious, without bugs, delivers each time - just like the FT
The app is great, having used it past couple of weeks I encountered no bugs, no other technical issues. It delivers the newspaper content smoothly and reliably. Just like their high quality journalism.
Completely useless
Impossible to make the portfolio or watchlists work. Pathetic!
Financial Times App
I am a premium subscriber because I value the quality of FT content. The performance of the App which I access on my iPhone is far more variable. I have a physical U.K. sim and a virtual French sim, as I live in France. The digital content on the FT App frequently fails to update or updates the headlines but does not allow access to the underlying articles. Sometimes this is cured by powering down and powering up again, sometimes not. The FT help Chat line has been helpful in resolving some instances but the frequency implies a problem with the design. I also have the Guardian App. The premium content costs a fraction of the FT. I rarely have a problem with that App although I access it in the same way.
