De app werkt goed als je ‘simpele structuur taken’ wil toevoegen in je leven. Niet de huistaken zoals in de advertentie. Wel op tijd naar bed, genoeg drinken,… je kan zelf goals toevoegen. Ook een doel bepalen zoals deze week wil ik meer voldoening voelen met andere. Dan krijg je taken zoals betaal de bestelling voor degene achter jou, stuur een vriend,… de app is in het engels. Je kan je beestje zelf een naam geven, vele dingen zijn gratis maar voor echte self-care zal je moeten betalen vrees ik…
