Once you’ve set things up how you like, you simply copy your booking link and add it to your website or Google Maps. If you’re going on holiday, you can easily create a closure event to block out specific dates. Every time a customer books, the system automatically creates a profile for them and saves their order history. Bookings management Our booking management system provides a clear daily list of all staff-entered and online reservations, detailing times, party sizes, table names, and booking notes. Beneath each table, a time-ordered queue system allows you to manage upcoming sittings and move bookings between tables as needed. A built-in confirmation indicator helps you quickly identify unconfirmed guests, while the date-switch function allows for easy organisation of future bookings. Table management This tool lets you set up rooms and arrange tables to match your restaurant's layout. You can choose which tables are available for online booking and set multiple time ranges, so you don’t end up with five tables all booked for 19:00 at once. You also have the flexibility to enable or disable individual tables for each day. For payments, you have the flexibility to accept cash, use your own external credit card terminal, or use our integrated SumUp terminal for a more connected checkout. In details report Detailed reports provide a full breakdown of your financial data, including total sales, tips, orders, taxes, and a split between cash and card payments. You can also monitor top-selling items to track which menu dishes are most popular with your customers. Invoice and Z-report Our invoicing system is legally-complaint and integrated with TSE. Each order invoices kept in customer profile (If any).
