Puzzles rely on competing various assigned tasks that are all laid out at the start of each chapter. Most are easy and just require clicking on things laid out in the open. The challenge, such that it is, is that some items require that you click or swipe or double tap on the thing in just the right way. I’ve frequently tried to use something multiple times, discarding it as inanimate, only to find out later that it just requires a flick in a slightly different direction to make it work. This isn’t my idea of an interesting puzzle. The story is pretty lame too.

A good way to pass some time. It’s reminiscent of old flash games I used to play back before it was axed. The plot is serviceable but definitely requires a level of suspension of disbelief (though I think it’s fun if you’re a kid). Ads are rare and not obtrusive and there’s no energy system or anything like that. I like that the hint system is tiered so you get a basic hint and then a more detailed on if you’re still stuck. The puzzles can feel kinda random and some of the minigames are difficult, but you can just watch an ad for a hint if you’re really struggling. I enjoyed it overall and will be playing their other games.

Your cutscenes and tutorials are not more important than access to basic settings, especially those related to sound. How exactly do mandatory intro sections help the user experience? How many users have you lost due to these choices?

Just started playing & I’m obsessed! I am currently having an issue right now though. I am stuck at the abandoned mall and can’t finish this section. The dressing room where the mannequin is isn’t showing the whole room so I can’t complete it. I watched gameplay on YouTube & the player had a section I couldn’t see in the room (on the far right). Can’t wait until this is resolved so I can continue playing!
