## Finding Focus Reviews in United States

### ***** "Helps me get my hw done"
The focus coach helps me get my homework done. I can concentrate better with it. Used to get pulled into TikTok and it felt like my hw took forever, but now I can just lock in. Maybe add more soundtracks if you can? I’ve listened to them all a lot lol. Thanks

### ****- "Love the course but.."
It would be great if the focus coach timer could have a setting to NOT stop the timer when switching to another app, when I’m working I constantly have to check things in my phone, this doesn’t mean I’m getting distracted, is just my workflow & I can’t do it any other way.

It would also help to have live activities / Lock Screen feature :)

### ***** "Super helpful app"
I have ADHD and get distracted all the time. This app is a game changer. The course taught me how to have more control over my mind, and the focus coach helps me get my hw done 10x faster. Highly recommend.

### ***** "Really good"
My teacher made us download and use this app for health class. At first I thought it was annoying but I still find myself using it

### ***** "Innovative, smart, helpful app!"
This app was super user friendly and very easy to navigate! I learned a lot about myself and how to better direct my focus and attention to improve all areas of my life! I really enjoyed the 10 day course and the daily beats were very insightful. I’m planning to continue to use focus sesh in my daily routine!

### ***** "Really helpful app for relaxed productivity"
I like everything about this app. The 10 day course is cool—I liked getting introduced to new music to train my focus to. And whenever I need to get some work done, I use the focus sesh. Helps me dial in my focus and get my work done faster with less stress. Highly recommend it!

### ***** "Great App for College Students"
I am currently a second year Psychology Major and this app has been a great tool for me! The 10 day course was incredibly helpful to learn about tangible skills for me to practice and improve on, allowing me to better utilize my time while also feeling mentally and emotionally better about it. I also felt that it was really helpful to utilize their new Focus Sesh feature which would allow me to use all of the skills I learned during the 10 day course and apply it to real life like the school work I have to do on a daily basis! Overall I think this app was incredibly worth it, and it is so convenient that it is free for anyone to use :)

### ***** "Great App for Improving Focus and Mental Health"
We live in a digital age, and as someone who has struggled with the distractions that come along with this, I found this app to be perfect! It’s helped me develop a more healthy relationship with digital media and technology. Also, I found the focus sesh to be such a helpful tool! It helped me become aware of times where I was distracted and allowed me to practice coming back to my task. The app is also super user-friendly and easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, but especially those who want to improve their focus and gain more control over their minds!

### ***** "10/10 would recommend"
This app is awesome! The content is really engaging - love the videos and music. They break down attention training strategies into manageable pieces and help you build a habit of them. Plus the habit is built through listening to music which is so fun! I was surprised how much I ended up loving the course. I now feel like I have more control over my mind! Download the app today!!
