During the 3 day trial period the application was acceptable, 2 days after the payment and subscription the problems started without any resolution. The application is not updating our location - for days and days no matter what we do!

I subscribed for one year. When I don't use it for some time, does not recognize you while it prompts you to subscribe (again). Stressful when trying to see where your kids are. 2nd and most important, does not update the location of your kids!!!

Everything worked great until I updated my subscription to yearly. I no longer receive notifications when my circle members arrive and leave locations. Yes, I have my notifications turned on in settings. Hopefully this gets to the right person and can be fixed.

I would greatly appreciate a member to call me personally or email me because one hour costed 50 dollars and that isn’t a business that is pain robbery! I expect to have a refund and response today.!
