Findster Duo tracks your pets’ location using GPS with no data fees, and rewards you for keeping them healthy! Smart, connected and fun, it was designed to help pet owners assure their peace of mind. There are two Findster devices (one for you and another for your furry friend); using the Findster Duo App, you can track your pets’ location in real-time and take advantage of several other useful features to assure their safety!

Your membership will automatically renew each month, and you will be charged $3.99 through your iTunes account within 24-hours prior to the end of the current monthly cycle. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings up until 24-hours before the end of the current period, but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. The website no longer works as well as the App. Should have spent more money and gotten a product that I could have used for years. Sent an email and will see if I get a response. If I could give zero stars I would.

All methods of logging in are locked out. Can’t use the Findsters I have anymore due to this. What useless garbage! 
UPDATE 1: I contacted Findster at the email they provided and it was returned because the email doesn’t exist. What the heck? 
UPDATE 2: I contacted Findster at the next “correct” email they provided and never got a response. I also contacted them right from their website and nothing. Clearly some third party is still on the hook to respond to app reviews.

Looses connection all the time and can’t track my dog after he’s more than 100ft away. Has only gotten worse over time. Had to move onto a new tracker because of how useless this one is for me.

I use the findster when I free graze the horses and when the cat goes out. It has been a tremendous help. Sometimes the charger doesnt charge reliably. May have connection issues. Otherwise love it! I am out of. I am out of  phone range a lot and works well.

Sometimes it tells me my dog has left the area when he’s right on the porch. Other days it doesn’t tell me anything when he leaves. GPS map is very outdated. Probably at least 5 years old.

I have used Findster trackers for some time now. My first one worked ok for a while but then it started giving me messages that it was disconnecting and reconnecting even when my dog had not moved and was in the same room. I purchased a second module and tracker. Soon after I activated it I received an unauthorized $3.99 charge on my credit card for a subscription that I never signed up for.  This is an unacceptable business practice and reflects the ethics and integrity of the company. I suggest you avoid doing business with Findster.
