I subscribed for a free trail and cancelled the free trail within not even half an hour but somehow €35,- still got charged from my dad’s credit card. Can someone explain this to me? Can I get my money back? How do I get in contact with people working for this app?

Actually, Purchasing this app helped though. Prima app werkt perfect
Dissapointing. I wanted to use this app to track my dad with dementia. Not the right choice! Locations are far form exact. Tracking his paths is not working. When I know he is in a park, the app still says he is at home. Also: this app directly charges my creditcard. The support team is not answering my questions. Wasted money! 😞
