Last year it was “cancel via iPhone settings” I did. This year I get billed again and it says “cancel via our website”. I go on website, log in with email I use on the app and it says “email not found”. Lol yet I’m billed for premium. I thought I canceled last year and when I haven’t received renewal noticed I assumed we’re ok. Nope, got billed and can’t even cancel.
