The app and website is very glitchy and I had to place orders multiple times in order for it to go through. Takes you to a blank thank you screen but no order number. Make sure you get an order number because I called cs and order never went through.

Finish Line has the absolute WORST customer service service!!!!!! Each time I have tried to call customer service, I have been put on hold for extended periods of time or just hung up on. You guys need to do better!!!! You have just lost a customer!!!!!!

Cancelaron mi pedido sin razón (el cual era regalo de navidad). Para cobrar el dinero son rápidos pero para regresarlo tengo que esperar 3 días!! Es una injusticia. Hablé a sucursal y no me ayudaron en nada me dijeron que me quejara en costumer care y sus agentes no atienden el teléfono!! Horrible, I hope FTC do something

I don’t even review apps but was so frustrated while trying to shop that I had to come leave a review. This app crashes non stop and clears my cart after I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time making it. I have to close and reopen the app over and over and eventually, if I’m lucky, my cart will reappear and then it’s a race against time to check out before it clears again. The last time I ordered, I had to go to the website because I gave up on the app. This has been an ongoing thing which is ridiculous considering how much money Finish Line has. I swear I’m not wasting the time ever again and will just shop elsewhere!

I got unknown error when putting my address after i put my card info. Now i can’t go back into the app.

Love the app Great shoes great prices all though it always tells me shoes are outa stock at my local store when there not.

Website and app crashed several times today. Took 4 hours to place an order.

I have shopped the website several times and have had 3 orders cancelled. Item shows available on line days later I get an email stating my order has been cancelled. Then having to wait 3-5 days for a refund is in sane when it’s takes minutes to take my funds from my account when items are not available! You call customer service only to have RUDE & UN PROFESSIONAL & INCONSISTENT csr have no empathy or no care at all! UNACCEPTABLE! Don’t just what you see on line!

App always says “an unknown error has occurred. Try again or come back later” one of the worst app to use when trying to get new releases
