This is the 10th time I am placing order it get laced my card gets charged half hour after I get a reply my order got cancelled customer service team advised me I have to go to the store to place online order on their website they do not have a store in sf anymore seriously?! Pay 25$ cab ride each way to place an order customer service should be able to help me with that does not make sense at all the problem I am stuck because I returned an item and since I paid cash I was given a gift card for the amount so I am stuck here am not thrilled at all with their product or their service giving the fact their prices r not cheap I would expect some service here none… if it gets cancelled this time the least they can do is to refund me back my money

FinishLine is the absolute best, I’ve sifted through almost all other sneaker companies over the years and have always regretted not spending that $ at F.L. where in hindsight, I realized I would’ve gotten a much better deal. I now exclusively only use FinishLine these days. You’ll not find a sneaker co. that provides more value than F.L. and their variety is always interesting, unique and vast. Not only that, I had a single shipping issue (first ever issue in decades using this company, by the way) and they fixed it in a matter of minutes, no hold-times, the customer service person who answered was a really sweet, helpful girl, no nonsense, no invasive questions, no time-wasting, just fixing the minor error and moving on with my day! F.L. is a joy to purchase from and this will likely be the only sneaker place I order from now on tbh. A+++ 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered jumpman team 1 sz 8.5, received timberland boots sz 8 used at that! Someone in the warehouse is wearing my husband’s Jordan’s ugh! And now his sz is oos!!!
