If you’ve tried stopping before, you’ll know how hard it is to remain a non-smoker. That’s where Finito comes in. Finito is a self-hypnosis program that addresses the underlying reasons that cause you to smoke, providing hypnotic suggestions to the subconscious to manage cravings, emotions, and habits. Backed by science: Our breakthrough program is designed by Dr. Gary Elkins, a world-leading neuroscientist and director of the Mind-Body Medicine Research Laboratory at Baylor University. With Finito, you can: Say goodbye to weak moments Learn to self-manage cravings symptoms Address the underlying reasons you smoke Manage anxious feelings and irritability Create healthier habits Stop smoking for good, without relying on pills or patches Will it work? Stop smoking hypnotherapy has been clinically proven to be 10 times more effective than stopping without support. Neurobiological brain studies show that hypnotherapy sessions activate areas of the brain associated with attention, sensitivity, motivation, and a positive sense of well-being. This means that as you listen to positive suggestions given to you through hypnotherapy you are more likely to put these suggestions into action, making long lasting changes to your health and well-being. How does it work? Hypnosis for stop smoking works by reducing stress through a series of relaxing visualizations, and empowering suggestions that will reduce your fear of quitting, and increase your ability to manage cravings. Through daily calming hypnotherapy sessions you can be motivated to stay free from smoking. Our team is with you every step of the way, through in-app chat, education, and on-demand stop-craving exercises. What you get: Evidence-based hypnotherapy program Relaxing 15-minute daily sessions that fit easily into your schedule Supportive reinforcement program to help you maintain results Craving Toolkit with short sessions you can use on the go Cigarette Tracker to record your progress in reducing cigarettes to zero Daily educational readings with tips for navigating cravings and building new habits In-app chat support from real people Take your step forward to a smoke-free life with Finito. I decided this time I wasn’t going to try I was going to quit. Mindset is half the battle and conditioning your brain is the other half that Finto takes care of. The program is highly effective and was definitely the answer for me. -- KimWilson12345, 2024-11-23 ### ***** "It worked" It’s been a year since I used the app. I’m still cigarette free. -- Ardcmt, 2024-11-04 ### *---- "Keep Charging" I tried the app, and canceled. Now I am still being charged $69.99/every month?! No one from app customer service has responded and this app now doesn't show up in my list of current or previous subscriptions under app store. Please refund me these $69.99 charges! -- Mrs. BogieMama, 2024-10-18 ### ***-- "3 weeks good" I’m going on 4 weeks with Finito and have not smoked since my quit day. I’m happy with the app and my progress but not sure what happens after 3 weeks. There is no cigarette tracker , or reading at that point. Only a hypnosis session. Seems to go flat at 3 weeks inspite of paying for one year! -- trumpkin1234567890, 2024-10-15 ### ***-- "Kinda bunk" If you “restart the program” good look getting it to keep on track and change days -- wtffintiowhatthefuc, 2024-07-30 ### ***** "Works for Vaping Too!" I had my doubts in the beginning, but over the last week I have taken time to perform all the daily tasks and listen to the hypnosis sessions 2-3 times a day. This has been more successful for me than Nicotine Replacement Therapy ever was! I wish there was an option to track vaping and sessions targeted towards those of us who vape, but with this app I am finally starting to beat the monster of Nicotine Addiction! -- JessFromCO, 2024-05-28 ### ***** "Thankful" I am really thankful for Finito.. it has helped me control my urge for smoking -- kcdjoker, 2024-05-21 ### ***** "I am done!" I’m done! Finito! 25 days. So grateful. I listened to the sessions everytime I woke up in the middle of the night. All parts in play really helped. I am not a smoker after 30 years of smoking. Hallelujah! -- jenjesjake, 2024-03-25 ### ***** "Pleased beyond description..please read" I could never power through any nicotine withdrawals with any real lasting success until I tried this platform and words cannot express how thoroughly effective this has been for me. Today is March 22 and I have consumed zero nicotine in any form since New Year’s Day. Cravings still occur - to a much lesser degree - but I am far more equipped to navigate them, now on my own (I used the cravings tool box almost daily for at least the entire month of January). I opened the app to cancel my subscription and it gave me the option to rate the app. I rarely deem it necessary to give ratings unless I have a strong and founded opinion about it. Boy howdy did I want to gush about my experience with Finito. I’m canceling because of its incredible effectiveness and the ease with which I could restart my subscription if I need a refresher; it was well worth every penny of the initial investment Here’s to deep, clean breaths from here out! 🥳 -- aufmatt, 2024-03-22 ### ***** "Hopeful" 31 years old, have smoked for 16 years, Trying this app out and I’m on day 7. In two days is my quit date, but I’ve been able to already cut down to 1 cigarette a day for three days now. I feel hopeful and I’ll keep you posted if it actually helps me to quit -- Mariemf mf, 2024-02-22 [View all Finito reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Finito In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Quit smoking program (3 Month) | $69.99 | | Quit smoking program (Annual) | $149.00 | | Full Access | $99.99 | ## Finito Discovered Keywords -
