Flight cancelled by the airline, but I was not refunded or given any options to change. The flight schedule is still shown in the app and I cannot cancel the reservation. I tried using the Chat on the website to cancel, but after chatting with the AI robot, I was told I could not do so. Also I have to apply for a refund online and it takes 14-21 days. British Airway made the refund very quickly. Goodbye Finnair!

Not user friendly

I can login but could not see my booking even I have re-entered it on the apps.

Not a bad app, but it keeps logging me out… very annoying

Having used the app now for I vacation I have to say that I’m shocked at encountering two different bugs. As a result, I would recommend using the website instead. Otherwise the app seems to be really good for my needs as an infrequent traveller. Bugs are as follows: 1. During check in the app refused to save my personal information (phone and email). I had to use the website instead. 2. During the flight back I considered switching seats, but ended up not doing it. When boarding I had to resolve my seating because I had supposedly not paid for the seat switch. However, the app was telling me that I had checked in with my original seat.

Flight wast delayed and half of my flights passengers didnt get their checked baggages including me. I will choose some other airline in the future.

Applikaatio on helppo käyttää, selkeä. Jos voisi lisätä kumppanin tietoihin, niin varaaminen olisi vielä helpompaa:)

Muutimme lentojamme toukokuun alussa, josta aiheutui pieni lisämaksu. Linkki ei toiminut kunnolla, mutta apin perusteella näytti kaikki olevan järjestyksessä. Kun saavuimme jatkolennolle Chicagoon ei varausta löytynytkään mistään ja jouduimme lentämään toisella yhtiöllä. Muutama päivä myöhemmin huomasimme että jostain syystä paluulentomme olikin muutettu busineksesta economyyn. Pitkien jonotusten jälkeen meille ilmoitetiin, että joudumme maksamaan 200 euroa, jotta saamme alkuperäisen varauksen paluulennolle. Kun yritimme varata paikkoja appin avulla ei sekään onnistunut.
