## Fioptics+ Reviews in United States

### *---- "More bugs than ever."
The “Are you watching “ mess constantly coming up, sometimes less than one minute apart. Only way to continue watching a show is to exit the software and restart. Locks up and shuts down often.
-- xdfhnnhg= hnn, 2025-10-03

### *---- "App is absolute garbage"
It never loads, it’s slower than a grandma. The tech support is awful. Just awful in general don’t even buy Fioptics.
-- Please read dev, 2025-09-06

### **--- "Working great and then not"
It was working great on my firestick and now all of a sudden it get sits there…
-- Toni Lynn McRobert, 2025-08-24

### **--- "Always an issue"
Half the time when I open it, it doesn’t remember me even though I tell it to remember me and then here lately it won’t load at all. I have to delete it and reinstall it. It’s ridiculous.
-- CincinnatiRocker, 2025-06-08

### ***-- "Major Issue"
Can’t watch certain channels away from home. Terrible!
-- phopki, 2025-06-07

### *---- "Garbage"
This app is trash, it’s always buffering, always losing connection, especially when you try to screen share it to the T.V. It takes forever to load what you want to watch, I’ve never once opened this app and not had an issue.
-- toyofu, 2025-06-01

### *---- "Just get YouTube TV"
If I can’t watch live events off my home network what is even the point? There are a million TV platforms now and this is easily the worst available with zero effort to cater to minimum operation standards
-- RPh15, 2025-04-07

### ***-- "Channel Guide"
One of the last updates eliminated channel numbers in the Guide. It makes the Guide practically worthless. Why would you do that?
-- jimshu1, 2024-10-28

### ****- "October 2024 Update"
Most of the changes seem good and should be easy to adapt to. The only thing I dislike so far is the elimination of the channel numbers on the guide. Personally this makes it much harder for me to know where I am in the guide. Also, the technical support link under Help brings up a ‘page not found’ error. Lastly, unless there is a technical reason that prevents its implementation I would love to be able to flip back and forth between two channels like you can on most tv remotes.
-- mganden, 2024-10-23

### ****- "Good App could use some updates more often."
The new interphase update I like a lot. The only things I’ve noticed is it seems to load channels slowly and you can’t see the channel numbers anymore. When you are in guide view you can’t see channel numbers you only see the channel logo.
