Virtually impossible to read any data due to fields not fitting on screen or being truncated .. an app within an app - homepage looks ok.. but when you go deeper you are back in the old view. To the developers.. just build a completely new mobile front end… please. This is like they hooked up an old Pentium PC app to iOS… -- disorg, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "Changed the app for the worse" Changed the app, now I can’t find anything! -- Hammerchewer, 2024-12-10 ### ***-- "So many bugs" It’s useful but can’t read messages or tasks since the update, I click on them but they aren’t there. -- Frankie39, 2024-12-08 ### *---- "Change isn’t good!" I used to be able to view all letters from firefly app (this is the only useful function on app). Now when you click on messages - it comes up with all letters without title so you’d have to click into each to find out what the letter was about. What’s the point of having a function that’s not useful at all? Search also didn’t work. Disappointing. -- Fionagyc, 2024-01-16 ### *---- "Cannot use since iOS 17 update" Ever since I did the update to iOS 17 I cannot get the app to refresh. Tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing! -- Mum 2000000, 2023-09-28 ### *---- "Please hire some designers" Considering children and parents have to rely on this product to connect with their children’s education I’m pretty unhappy at how poor the implementation is. Bugs aside which are regular the general quality is dreadful. The only saving grace is it’s free and not quite as painful as the website. You people need some UX professionals to sort this out! -- MrMulder, 2023-09-09 ### *---- "god mate good god" fix your app it crashes harder than princess diana’s car mate do better lads -- avid firefly hater 69, 2023-02-06 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" The app just doesn’t work since the update. This is terrible for parents. -- Eranderman, 2023-02-01 ### *---- "Failed at first hurdle" Trying to login with app, need school code to do this. Instead of giving you the option on the first page to search for it in the app, you have to login to the web edition on your PC…a bit of a convoluted process. I’ve given up, waste of time. -- Haloerthg, 2022-12-14 [View all Firefly for Parents reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Firefly for Parents Discovered Keywords -
