Tabs?
Unless I’m missing something basic, this is a one tab browser. That one tab is great because of the privacy functions, but this can’t be my primary browser if I have to close the site I’m on to open each link.

I will use Firefox 98% of the time. It is my first line of defence.
The app has worked great for me for good many years however I’ve noticed an issue with it particularly with IOS17.6.1 in which the apps “Documents & Data” is now constantly increasing with every usage which never happened before. I’m aware this was an issue in the past with the standard Firefox app for IOS but this is first I’ve noticed it with Focus
Great app. But then all Firefox browsers are great.
Why couldn’t a YouTube adblocker be added?
Great as default app for opening links, although I’d really like to see Reader View ported from regular Firefox please. I’ve found Reader View is useful for quickly bypassing popups and silly cookie banners, also hiding distracting ads so I can just read the content. Maybe even a setting “Reader View always on”.
I wish it would allow you to connect to your Mozilla account to sync logins. With that it would be all but perfect. But for some reason Mozilla seem determined to make their really-well-designed syncing system unavailable unless you bite the bullet and use the full-fat Firefox.
I use Firefox regularly, but sometimes I use Firefox Focus because I blocks ads on default, no accounts required, trackers blocked and it clears all cookie and data once you leave. Doesn’t save stuff like passwords and Credit card numbers so you don’t have to worry. Can always trust Mozilla to make great browsers!
Not best
I got this app specifically to block ads on YouTube as recently they’ve become far too numerous and frequent. At first I thought it had worked but by day two it was apparent that it hadn’t. They appear in the feed as sponsored ads and then lo and behold two at the start of a selected video of 8 minutes. Watched a 30 minute video just now and had two ads every 9 minutes. It’s so annoying! Also it says the browser will not allow viewing in full screen. Very sad to say Firefox does not live up to expectations.
