Nice but hard to use at first

Live tracking is rubbish

Most of the time the live tracking doesn’t work and if it does work the minutes to bus are wrong anyway.

What a great app. It helps me to keep up with the many cancelled and late buses every day. I love to bask in how terrible the transport system in the UK is, thank you for allowing me to do that!!

Monopolies cause laziness

Inaccurate timetables, late buses, rude drivers and sometimes they won't even show up. FirstBus completely takes over UK towns and cities and exploits the fact they are the only option bus-goers have

It loses the tickets to often on transfer

Ghost bus

Get ready to suffer! Unreliable data. You will wait for 30 minutes for a bus that will never show up. On top of that, if for some reason the bus needs to change its route, you’ll be the last one to know. Pathetic!

Bus app sometimes goes off

21 bus timetable changes

Only found out on Monday the 21 bus timetable had changed from Southend to Canvey in the afternoon which has resulted in my grandson having to wait 40 minutes for a direct bus to come home, Why did you not notify all the schools in Prittlewell Chase before they finished for the Easter break 😡

Busses not showing on maps

Use this everyday and recently the busses have just stopped showing up for where they are on the map which is really inefficient when they don’t tend to be on time or even sometimes come too early.
