## First Choice Hair Reviews in Canada

### *---- "App doesn't work"
Have tried multiple times to join the app or "reset" my password. Each time it says it will send a code to my email address but the code never comes. Checked all of my folders.
-- E7001L, 2025-07-31

### *---- "pointless app"
what's the point of an app on if it just redirects you to information(phone number) you can find idk g google or any other search engine? booking appointments was removed so I don't understand why this app exists
-- Lemoneys, 2025-04-01

### ***** "Review correction."
Previously had given a 1 star rating by mistake should have been 5 star because I had a great haircut, good price and an excellent experience at the salon.
-- Redd1497, 2023-06-19

### *---- "👎 Failure"
The only thing this app is good for is finding a First Choice location and phone number, but then, the phone is never answered and the recording directs you to the app to book an appointment.
Step 2 - booking the appointment. Forget it! The booking portion only shows the current day and it us always fully booked. There is no opportunity to book a future date. Three days I tried, three strikes and out. I’ll look for a barber who will answer a phone.
-- Voxbass, 2023-05-03

### *---- "Really?????"
The app is NOT a good idea. Long time customers are constantly being bumped for people who book on the app.
I have been going to First Choice since the beginning. I will be changing. The last THREE times I have waited over 40 minutes while others walk in and get taken first. Terrible. I think you will loose more than you gain.
-- I love Tapping Solution, 2022-01-22

### ***** "Booking Appointment"
I can’t get the app to allow booking an appointment a couple of days ahead. It won’t change from todays date. Is that the way it is supposed to work?
-- Hamerd49, 2021-12-07

### *---- "Don’t bother"
Booked an appointment in advance and I show up for my time and they took people before I arrived, I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time I originally booked for…… so doesn’t matter if you book a time you will still have to wait like you’re a walk in customer.
-- FTP Fan, 2021-11-12

### *---- "Inflexible"
This app only allows bookings for “today”. You cannot book for the next day or week or anything, but today. Why bother. Just show up.
-- RWoe, 2021-10-13

### ***-- "It’s not bad"
I wish the app would allow bookings to go through no matter if they are open or not
-- i love mc ds, 2021-10-09

### *---- "Cannot book online"
What’s the point to have an app that I still have to call to book an appointment?
