## First Command MobileCommand™ Reviews in United States

### *---- "Some bull jive"
Years later and same jive. Every time I have to upload a check it takes 15 minutes. Because the camera just doesn’t want to read the endorsement. Or I get completely logged out of the app and have to start all the way over. 15 minutes to deposit a check is ridiculous.
-- Dontext, 2025-08-12

### ***** "Easy to use"
No problems with remote deposit. I enjoy able to deposit no matter where I am in the world.
-- Kool Daddio, 2025-08-11

### *---- "Sick of fighting with the app"
It is always a fight to get the photo capture portion to work on a deposit. I have to tap 30-40 times, often getting kicked out and having to start over. I’m so frustrated I’m thinking of just changing banks to someone with a better app!
-- EAJara, 2025-06-16

### *---- "Access"
The access to the account is so difficult. I am rarely able to use facial recognition for some reason and have had to reset my password almost every time.
-- TrentenW, 2025-06-04

### ***** "Simple to use – – ultra secure"
I have been using the First Command bank app for multiple years now… I find the interface very intuitive to use – – and also the security is second to none…

One time I accidentally missentered a dollar amount for a check deposit… I called customer service the next duty day – – it was fixed within the hour!
-- TurboMuscle, 2025-06-01

### ***** "FCB is responsive!"
FCB does a great job of informing customers what’s going on. Changes, scam etc. we appreciate you! Thanks
-- PotterinFL, 2025-03-21

### ***** "Transfers"
Transfers are quick and easy!
-- Vonster55, 2025-03-13

### ****- "Error message"
I have to agree with recent comments about not being able to use the app due to an error message.
Please fix this issue asap.
-- JARLantao, 2025-03-10

### *---- "User interface"
The UI on this app is terrible.
-- mike 1115, 2025-03-07

### ****- "Okay App…"
… when it works.
I’ve been using FCB app for some time now and never had issues until fairly recently.
I’m constantly getting an error message when trying to sign in. Just that an error occurred and that I need to call a number if it doesn’t resolve.
I know that everything I enter is correct. It works on the website. It’s getting frustrating when on the go and I can’t access my account except via browser. Then why have the app.
What is causing this sign in error? I’ve also tried deinstalling and reinstalling the app, resetting network settings, and went as far as resetting my router. Please, I’m begging to get this fixed because it’s causing stress.
Other than that, I’m quite happy with FCB. It’s just the app that needs major improvement.
