My balance has been the same for weeks even though I’m using money in the account. When press on balance to see transactions it just says “application error”.
I have been customer for decades, love the bank. However the new mobile check deposit system implemented in the last couple months is Horrible! Didn’t know if there was any updates to the app, or notify developers of problems. I had previously used the last version of mobile deposit for quite some time and had no issues. Others I know that use it also say they have a lot of difficulty with it. Was hoping maybe someone could fix the issues.
It is so nice to be able to add notes when making transfers from on account to another.
I hate to say this but it guys app is just so outdated. It’s literally the worst app I’ve ever seen from an actual bank or even business. You guys have money, you can at least spend some of it to help your clients with providing an app that’s easy to use and not so clunky. I’m literally 39 years old, I have a a degree in computer sciences with certifications in 5 major computer softwares. But even I still find your app to be horrid. I’m sure I’m wasting my time with writing this. But whoever you’re employing to run the website and/or app, are worthless. If it’s in house, you should fire them all.
All of a sudden the options at the bottom of the interface changed and the ability to make a transfer is no longer available, they replaced it with “Order Checks”. What a crappy change, I don’t have checks and this is completely useless as I doubt most people use checks anymore. Word of advice, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

I have had nothing but great experiences with FCCU. They’ve helped me with loans and financing and fraud protection, and paying bills and banking are easy. However, this app is not up to par. It lacks basic card controls, notifications are spotty, if they work at all. Specifically, as of late, the app is frequently down overnight. Granted, overnight is typically less staffed and kept up with, but it makes it very, very hard when you’re an overnight worker and can’t access the app at all.
I’m glad and happy that I get a update on my checking account and my savings account, and I love the job you all are doing.
