They’ve added the ai chat icon directly over top of the main menu button. So trying to navigate is impossible. Plus the “chat bot” takes forever to respond. It gets stuck on the “loading accounts” screen. I’m new to this bank only because my job goes through here. Good bank, solid people, I’m happy to bank with them. I have for decades. But this new mobile app? Whoever decided on this nonsense needs to be let go. It’s a poorly designed web application dummied into an “app” that is exponentially slower and more unreliable than what they had previously. Half the time if you log in it hangs on the pallid, unoptimized wool-sweater gray “Loading Accounts” screen (both in browser and the pseudo “app”). Web applications are the future … but this ain’t it. 90% of the banking I do is online and this absolute travesty of an attempt at modernity is reason enough to kick me towards Chase or HSBC completely.
