Update since April 19 2024????
I’ve uninstalled and installed several times now, every time I login whether it’s Face ID or by password. It gets stuck on the “loading accounts” screen. I’m new to this bank only because my job goes through here. But honestly, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with FFL.
Overall I am a fan of FFL. Good bank, solid people, I’m happy to bank with them. I have for decades. But this new mobile app? Whoever decided on this nonsense needs to be let go. It’s a poorly designed web application dummied into an “app” that is exponentially slower and more unreliable than what they had previously. Half the time if you log in it hangs on the pallid, unoptimized wool-sweater gray “Loading Accounts” screen (both in browser and the pseudo “app”). Web applications are the future … but this ain’t it. 90% of the banking I do is online and this absolute travesty of an attempt at modernity is reason enough to kick me towards Chase or HSBC completely. Profoundly frustrating.
New app is buggy. Loads slowly. Often launches in a mode that ignores Face ID. Requires a force quit to get back to proper login screen.
The app crashes many times. When it works, it’s fine. But many times as soon as you log in to the app, it will crash. Not sure why, and couldn’t find a solution for that.
Several longatanding glitches. Logs you out of faceID after every use! Freezes up - on an iPhone XR and corrent iPhone. Not intuitive. Hate to say it, but the website is better.
App used to work great. Now all it does it close out as soon as I try to open it. No options to do anything I’ve uninstalled an reinstall and updated. Nothing. Closes out every time
What was the purpose of switching the card app to this banking app when in the app the card feature is longer on there also I turned my card off and now i can't turn it back on because this feature in the app doesn't work so how are you going to fix this🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
Not the first time this has happened. My iPad is turned on for automatic updates. It shows that I am at 12.5 and the new updated app needs 13.0. But there is a button to update to an older version and it does nothing when pressed. So frustrating thinking of taking all my money out Of all my accounts!
I tried to transfer an amount from a Money Mutual account to savings. Scheduled the transfer for 10 days later. Transfer never happened. No explanation. Had to go to branch.
