## First Financial FCU Reviews in United States

### ****- "Password manager improvement request"
Haven’t had many problems with the app over the years I have used it. The developers should consider adding the firstffcu.com domain to the app login endpoint so my password manager can recognize and autofill the password field. As it works currently, the login process takes several steps when it would only take one step in other apps.

The native biometric integration is a nice touch but since it resets every now and then I never use it.
-- VinMP96, 2025-08-14

### ***** "Best Credit Union"
Real care for people
-- Belle West, 2025-05-08

### *---- "Review"
I find this new app much more difficult to use than the other app prior to this one.
-- glostoh, 2025-04-17

### *---- "signup doesn’t work"
just got a debit card, tried to make an account and when i finish signup it just says it couldn’t make an account
-- trippkick, 2023-11-25

### *---- "Update"
Can’t use app due to it saying it needs and update but it only takes you to the App Store with no “update” available so app is officially useless
-- SpanishFly29, 2023-10-07

### *---- "Keeps saying update…"
I have been using this app since they offered it. Updated as needed. Today I go to open app and it says “update now”. I click on it…opens App Store. Once in App Store it says open (there is no update). Click open and just keeps repeating. Very frustrating. Not sure what the problem is.
-- Not a fan of public schools, 2023-10-06

### ***-- "App states it requires the newest version"
App Store shows latest version is loaded and can not get into app now just an error that the version I have is old. No response from bank help center
-- Area 51 hunter, 2023-10-06

### **--- "Says it needs to update but theres none?"
I open my app to see it say it has to update, so I press update now, it brings me to the appstore and it only tells me to open? What???
-- Bruciebru, 2023-10-06

### ***** "Virtual check deposit"
It is a great relief to know that I can do virtual banking during a crisis with first financial credit union!
-- toms q, 2020-05-09

### ***** "Greatest bank App"
Excellent gets it done from home. Saves me time. I love it.
