The app is absolutely worthless and the online banking is not much better. 
Not to mention every time I deposit money to this bank in person, they need my identification along with having multiple questions of where the money is coming from or how I’m earning it. This bank is a complete joke and I’m over it.

App is not really an app. It sort of launches a web page. It won’t use Face ID. It won’t auto populate your password even though it’s saved in your passwords app. When you try to do mobile deposit, the camera button won’t work, so you have to close the app and open it again. That doesn’t always fix it. You may have to do it several times. I use local banks with only one branch that have better apps than this national bank.

When I was made to convert to this version of the app I thought there must be a glitch that took me back to some prototype of the original online banking circa 2005. The app has almost no functionality, looks horrible, and provides almost no value. I’m very confused by the development of this app and more so as to how this version made it to final release. Very bad.

Agree with previous post.  This app is literally what I would have made in 1987 in my Turbo Pascal public school computer class where the teacher was also the PE/Health/Football coach who was forced to teach computer class to 9th graders so he could be football coach.  In 2025, this app should mandate a 3rd strike felony 15 year prison sentence.  It’s really, really, really, really that bad!

The last app was not up with the times and was not comparable to other business apps but this upgrade is like going back to the beginning of the internet. Can not see anything on one page. Constantly having to scroll from one side of the page to the other to see anything and is the most basic app I have ever seen. It’s so frustrating.  I can’t believe I rather have the last app back.

I hate this app and I also hate the “new” treasury connect platform.  It’s like you have gone backwards !! It’s hard to navigate, hard to read, ridiculous steps to go through and you can’t make loan payments on it !! Not happy at all and very frustrated!
