## First Montana Bank Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrific app"
This app is total junk! It will not save your password for anything and once you do save it it doesn’t recognize it the next time. I’ve literally reset the password and had it immediately lock me back out. This happens every month and I’m a very tech savvy person can’t wait to pay them off and never return
-- Hmarlatt, 2026-04-04

### ***-- "Face ID randomly stops working"
I love the app overall — I’ve had it for years — but every time I change my password, Face ID works fine for a few months and then one day randomly stops working…and then because I’ve never used my password, I end up having to call to recover it. It’s a really annoying cycle.
-- jcmontana, 2025-06-11

### ***** "Thank you"
Thank you for your friendly and fast service always willing to help out a wonderful day sincerely David
-- David bugni, 2025-01-15

### *---- "Always problems with login"
Always get “sorry we cant confirm your credentials right now” says that for three days then all of the sudden works. Horrible app
-- J-man420blitz, 2024-01-21

### *---- "Worst Bank of My Life"
I’ve never had as bad an experience as I have with this bank. From being extremely insecure with my personal information (printing out my social/bank and routing on a piece of printer paper and leaving it laying around in the open for hours) to an app that kicks you out every month and requires a new password. This bank is a disgrace.

Unsafe. Bad service. Worst bank of my life.
-- Tyler Sass, 2023-12-27

### ***** "Great Bank"
We recently started banking with FMB after 20+ years with US Bank. Wow, why didn’t we make this switch earlier? Great customer service without a wait, and real people not automated phone trees.
-- Thisgameisterribadforeal, 2023-11-08

### ****- "Pretty good"
Occasionally the app won’t let me log on, not sure if it’s being worked on then or why the message pops up, but when that’s the case I can usually access my account via the website login. Other than that the app is great!
-- Lauren Wild Soul, 2023-02-23

### *---- "App not working"
It has said that there are technical difficulties for the last 5 days. I’ve deleted the app, re-downloaded the app, nothing works, all I get is a message that says “technical difficulties, try back later”.
-- Solara18, 2022-06-29

### ***** "Review of FMB Libby"
GREAT friendly, competent people. Nice. Would never take my banking elsewhere!
-- d GM n VD wed yo I G D, 2021-08-03

### *---- "Doesn’t even work"
White screen then crash
-- ArctikFyre, 2021-02-21
