Even went to the website yet it still just doesn’t recognize me. Everything is wrong error here error there. Trash -- What R we doing, 2026-02-15 ### *---- "Terrible company" I opened the card I spent 20 my first bill was $76. When I try to pay my bill it’s the biggest hassle in the world there’s no easy way to pay. There’s no auto pay. They want you to enter your bank account number and your routing number every time you make a payment. All my information is around the same time and I suspect they sold my information to God with all my passwords on me I’m pretty sure it was done. Do yourself a favor get a different credit card. -- LOOK ATTENTION!!!!!, 2026-01-28 ### *---- "Doesn’t Work" Since the new company took over, the app doesn’t work and neither does the website. It locked me out of my account and wouldn’t let me change my password so I continuously have to get a temporary password. When I get paid again, I plan on paying this card off and closing the account. The card itself works as expected, and I haven't had any issues with payment or usage. It does what it's supposed to do. However, my main issue is with the mobile app. Unfortunately, the app does not work properly for me at all. Every time I try to log in to access my card information, I receive an error message even though I'm entering the correct login credentials. Because of this, I'm forced to use a computer and log in through the website anytime I need to check my account or manage anything. The card itself is fine, but the app experience is a major downside and definitely needs improvement. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before getting this card. Just like someone said previously, it is taking way too long to give back my deposit. I noticed too many discrepancies with the account, so I called and closed the account. First they said it would take 30 days to get my deposit back but now they’re saying it takes 60 days. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I made a payment to my First Progress credit card account, and the company failed to update my balance in a timely manner. Because of their delay, they charged me a late fee and falsely reported a late payment to the credit bureaus, which caused my credit score to drop significantly. I’ve taken all the proper steps. I sent certified letters disputing the issue and explaining the situation. Despite this, First Progress has still not resolved the matter. They have not corrected the inaccurate reporting, and they have not refunded the late fee that was caused by their own delay. To make matters worse, my available balance is never properly updated, making the card completely unusable. I can’t rely on it, and I can’t trust the company to manage my account responsibly. If you’re trying to build credit, First Progress will do more harm than good. They lack transparency, their customer service is unhelpful, and they clearly do not prioritize the accuracy or integrity of their reporting. Avoid First Progress at all costs.
