When the app works it’s great. But they are slow to figure things out when apple does an update. I have 3 banking apps and 1st Security is the only app that has issues after IOS upgrades. I think their entire tech staff is using android and there is no urgency to find an issue. That’s exactly why I have an account at another bank. I cannot depend on them to find a solution is a timely manner. It’s been 2 weeks since IOS 16 upgrade and still cannot use their app. Just a notification on the website— and that took multiple days to be posted. That is unsatisfactory.
Great app but is not working with new IOS 16 update
Why would it stop letting me use Touch ID. Do you think someone stole my finger or something. So dumb. I have to call them so much for this garbage. Also password reset option never works.
Always nice an helpful easy to do business with an most of the time on line banking works well all in all very happy
Need calls if checks don't go through
I haven’t been able to enroll, the entire time I have had my bank account, since 2018. Always says it cannot process. I called customer support and they tried to enroll me and had the same issue and chalked it up to technical problems. I keep trying and still always get the same response. It’s very annoying
Lousy app doesn’t tell you that you have to write “mobile deposit” and the name of the bank on the back of the check. You get confirmation that the deposit has been accepted, only to find out later that it failed.
It does not work
Love this app. It’s very easy to use, and it’s everything you need in a banking app.
