*First Qualifying Direct Deposit must be received into the member’s account within 60 days successful enrollment. First Service will deposit $50 after the first month in which a total of $1,000 or more in Qualifying Direct Deposits is received; $75 will be deposited after the second month in which a total of $1,000 or more in Qualifying Direct Deposits is received; $125 will be deposited after the third month in which a total of $1,000 or more in Qualifying Direct Deposits is received. Qualifying Direct Deposits are defined as deposits from an enrolled member’s employer, payroll provider, benefits provider, pension, or the government (such as Social Security) via ACH deposit. External ACH transfers not from employers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer-to-peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, cash loads or deposits, and any deposit which First Service deems to not be legitimate are not Qualifying Direct Deposits. An ACH direct deposit made available early with Early Payday does not count toward the bonus requirements until it posts to your account and is no longer pending (e.g. the pay date scheduled by your payer). Limit $250 in bonus payouts per member. Certain restrictions may apply.

I love first service credit union they have everything I need every account type to keep accounts secure. They’re always on top of the latest technology and digital transformations. They have a ton of tools to support their customers. Note: I am a former people’s trust Federal credit union customer.

Old version allowed me to see payments that were coming. Schedule them. Now it is more steps can see whet is coming. Bring the old version bill pay back.

You can cancel payments. You can’t see payments coming. It removed many of my payees. It is not easy to schedule payments. Bring old version back please

New app took away good features, why release new app with less features?? This app messed up my external accounts for ACH payments, tried to setup a new one via manual deposit but no way to verify the deposits, just getting errors. Just a nonsense app. The loan payment transaction has less information, missing how much went to interest and how much to principal. Mobile deposit is not real time any more.
Do not just change the app for a change, where is the added value?!! I feel like management team at this CU are just failing to do their job.

Fscu tell me why you try to fix what ain’t broke? This latest update is trash!! Been having nothing but problems since updating. Telling me you need permission to use the camera when nothing ever changed on my phone. It is not recognizing that it already has permission. The updates on balances are super slow. It doesn’t even show the deposit as pending which makes you think perhaps it didn’t go through. The vendors I pay in online bill pay are all gone and have to be set up all over again… like are you serious!?!? The list goes on and on. It WAS perfect until you went and screwed it up. Makes me want to go elsewhere.

I’ve been with this loan service for years and hate their app. Why would you make this app more complicated than it should be? The new update is the worst! Considering switching banks at this point. You do the most when it is not needed.

And I think the worst offense is the easyvest account. You’re telling me that instead of a nice easily seen way of noting my current balance, how much I’ve earned, what is being bought and sold at a glance, I now have to NOT use the app and instead need to go off the app to the “Drive Wealth Portal” and use a horrifically designed minimalistic page to view my investments? I don’t want to constantly scroll through a ton of earlier statements and trade confirmations just to get a vague understanding of my account’s status that won’t be fully understood until the end of the month. Well, I COULD get a current idea but I’d have to waste time personally finding and calculating everything myself instead having it already brought up and done so for me like a service like this should do.

Before I could get an instant glance at everything and now I can’t and my experience is worsened because of that. I’ve never bothered to review apps before but I had to this time because it was such a bad update.
