EASY TO USE & ONE FOR THE FOODIES!!
Great app to use; user friendly and can’t complain with 50% off your food bill. I’ve had many enjoyable dining experiences thanks to this app and highly recommend it. I’m lucky to live in Melbourne and have endless options to dine out and even last minute options too! Personally, I’d like to see restaurants using this platform offer ALL FOOD ITEMS at 50% discount and not have the option to exclude particular menu items as an option. What will encourage me to spread the word about the app and use it more often? More and more restaurants joining the platform with very minimal conditions for table bookings.
Unable to book on app
Couldn’t complete my booking via the app and no reason given but just stayed at the same page. Managed to complete the booking on their website though.
Ridiculous
I was expecting to receive a credit of $12 on 12 November but as of today,30 November I have not seen any credit applied to my account. I contacted customer service regarding this issue and was informed that the credit had not been processed. However, I kindly requested a direct refund of the amount, because I booked again and paid for the booking fee on my bank account, but was informed that this would not be possible. Could you please clarify why I am wasting the time for the credit to be applied? So you change me $12 & $10 twice booking fees now and you told me can not refund me? Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt resolution. Sincerely, Ray

Highly recommend as we enjoyed our first, first table dinning experience and found a restaurant that we would normally overlook but with the discount from First Table, we enjoyed a first class meal at pricing we could afford. Being early diners worked for us. Hoping to fine more great deals.
Deceiving
Once you register all the available discount days and times disappear/change. Disappointing

Too good to be true!
I used this first time last week and very happy with the discount. Went to book the same restaurant again today and there’s a ‘catch’ you can’t book the same restaurant 2 times in a row. All good except when I look at the restaurants in my area there is only one, so it’s difficult to book somewhere else if there is no others choices. It was great whilst it lasted (once) Very disappointed
