### ****- "Okay app but limited functionality"
One feature missing from the mobile app that is available in the online “full” site is the ability to categorize CC charges. This a huge miss as I ALWAYS us the mobile app and would love to be able to categorize charges while they are fresh in my mind rather than wit until I get home and login on my computer. 

Please add this feature to the mobile version of the app.

The most predatory credit union to exist. Will repo your car when still making payments. Will hold your vehicle in conversion for over a week. FTFCU took my payment of $2187 on June 27 and still sent my vehicle to auction June 28. No answers until June 30 on whereabouts of vehicle. And still apply charges without transparency. If they cannot resolve, I will continue further to pursue legal action.

If you ever want a bank where you’re unable to check how much money you have in your account or deposit a check through the app then first tech is for you. I have no idea why they decide to update the app all the time where they always end up making it worse. Constantly am I let down as when I need to check my finances and the app just refuses to work, and now the deposit feature is just broken. Will be moving to another bank shortly as this is ridiculous.

Just your bog standard banking app. But the most recent update got rid of using the pin and is forcing users to use name/password/text code or FaceID to log in. That’s a bad change. I refuse to use FaceID for anything.

The app has suddenly stopped accepting the iPhone pass code for login. Now it insists on touch ID or face ID, which I do not want to use! The passcode used to work just fine — why did you take it away?!? This is very annoying and I am no longer happy with this app.

The lastest update removed the phone passcode login option. This is very inconvenient for those who don't have FaceID or other biometric options. Please restore the passcode login option.

New upgrade (which was forced, they stopped access to older versions) forces biometric logins. If you refuse you have to go through multiple screens to enter your password manually (doesn’t autopopulate from saved passwords anymore)

If this continues or becomes more inconvenient I’ll be closing my 50 year old accounts and taking my business elsewhere.
