## First Texas Bank Reviews in United States

### *---- "Useless"
Even though I write for mobile deposit at FTB only as instructed it still won’t accept mobile deposits!
-- mjbinlom, 2022-01-07

### *---- "About to close account"
Every 2 weeks I need to get confirmation code and getting sick of it
-- Dougerowe, 2021-07-24

### **--- "Terrible with security authentication"
The app won’t let me deposit any mobile checks due to its terrible security system. I write for mobile deposit at Ftb only on my check clearly and it says it not there. Frustrating
-- lansdale21, 2020-12-06

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
App stopped working and hasn’t been for a couple months. My husband’s doesn’t work either. Just spins and sometimes goes to white screen. Very frustrating and no one cares or will fix it.
-- Ashlllllleeeey, 2020-11-15

### ***-- "Too many issues"
App failed to open last month. Deleted app and reinstalled it. My daughter had the same issue. Now I only get a white screen when I click to open it. Rebooted my phone. Still the same issue. I don’t want to have to delete the app again and reinstall because of all the security to go through like resetting password and face recognition. Please get this fixed! I rely on it to check my account daily.
-- Bkrrrtx, 2020-10-27

### *---- "Annoying"
I have used the app most of the two years I’ve banked with them. In the past few months, the app will not open on my iPhone 8, so I have to log in to account through web browser... which requires a text verification code entry Every...Single... Time. I try to log in. Even the web browser lags and is very slow. Extremely annoying.
-- marginl, 2020-10-12

### **--- "Starting app and no face recogniziton"
I have been a customer for almost 20 years and always loved the banks web based programs, however, the changes to the app not allowing face recognition and sometimes not even opening is a letdown. Please update with better version.
-- CT354, 2020-10-09

### **--- "Failure for mobile banking."
Works sometimes. Frustrating when you cannot access your mobile banking. App still same problem as two years ago. App opens but will not go to sign on page
-- Retired without money, 2020-09-02

### ***-- "New update freezes on my iPhone"
Upgrade today doesn’t work on my iPhone 6. Goes to start screen and freezes.
-- Cranched, 2020-06-26

### ***** "Great App"
Love the apps looks and feel.
