I have a print and web subscription but I need a separate one for the app??? -- Nickname taken 379854256, 2025-12-03 ### *---- "Please fix login methods!" I love First Things as a publication, but this app stinks. It doesn’t even give me the option to sign in to my digital subscription with my username and password! Please fix this as I’d love to use the app to access this content! -- naper84, 2025-08-19 ### ***-- "Great content, inflexible app." Always thought provoking articles. However the “app” is little more than a pdf reader. In fact, it is less. You cannot save, bookmark, or interact with the text in any way. Also, this review seems to be in white colored font, so I can’t actually see what I am typing. -- RevTHil, 2023-11-11 ### ***** "First Things is First Rate" This is by far the best “journal” of philosophy, politics and contemporary life published today. Most of our lives is filled with a lot of reading. Whatever you do, when you start to prioritize what needs to be read, put First Things at the top of that list!! -- Sanctadies, 2023-01-13 ### ***** "Excellent writing!" And topics I enjoy. Superb publication. -- JeffMorrison, 2022-08-08 ### ***-- "App is not great to navigate" I feel it would make a lot of sense if the table of contents was at least hyperlinked so I don’t have to just randomly scroll around at the bottom looking for the article I want to read. I prefer reading this kind of content on my phone, but the app is not great to navigate. -- hey3of5, 2022-08-05 ### ***** "Must have reading for informed Catholics" Excellent writing, theology and insight! A must-have for thinking Catholics. -- Hampstead and Highgate, 2022-05-03 ### *---- "Fix the app" When will you fix the app so the preview pane doesn’t interfere with the reading pane? It’s impossible to read a full article. -- WillowSmiths, 2021-12-15 ### **--- "Love the publication, difficulty with the app interface" First Things produces some of the best writing available today. Absolutely love their articles, essays, and thoughts. But the app on the iPhone cuts off the bottom quarter of the page with the horizontal scrolling page feature, and shows a black bar on top that could conceivably be used as space to fit the pages of the magazine. Additionally, there’s no way to minimize the horizontal scrolling pages feature, which makes it difficult to read the articles. -- Jlss922, 2021-09-16 ### *---- "Paid, can’t log in" Bought the app, can’t access it. 😞😞😞 -- 123trump1234567, 2020-12-05 [View all First Things reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## First Things In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | First Things | $2.99 | | May 2011 | $0.99 | | February 2012 | $0.99 | | June/July 2011 | $0.99 | | April 2012 | $0.99 | | November 2011 | $0.99 | | August/September 2011 | $0.99 | | August/September 2016 | $4.99 | | March 2012 | $0.99 | | First Things Feed 42 | $4.99 | ## First Things Discovered Keywords - st - first things ## Apps Similar to First Things - [Fulton Sheen Audio Library](https://apptail.io/app/fulton-sheen-audio-library-Qcec/united-states) - [Verbum Catholic Bible Study](https://apptail.io/app/verbum-catholic-bible-study-Tcec/united-states) - [Institute of Catholic Culture](https://apptail.io/app/institute-of-catholic-culture-jwec/united-states) - [Seminary Now](https://apptail.io/app/seminary-now-wkQe/united-states) - [Mars Hill Audio](https://apptail.io/app/mars-hill-audio-VEUe/united-states) - [Theopolis](https://apptail.io/app/theopolis-ridf/united-states) - [National Affairs](https://apptail.io/app/national-affairs-iDVf/united-states) - [Pursuit of Wisdom](https://apptail.io/app/pursuit-of-wisdom-wAao/united-states) - [Magisterium AI](https://apptail.io/app/magisterium-ai-JDNw/united-states) - [Pelican+](https://apptail.io/app/pelican-UqWw/united-states) ## First Things Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/canada) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/australia) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/united-kingdom) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/spain) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/poland) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/hong-kong) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/peru) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/italy) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/new-zealand) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/panama) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/turkey) - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/armenia) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/vietnam) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/belgium) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/brunei) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/colombia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/egypt) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/lebanon) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/latvia) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/mexico) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/first-things-lidf/slovakia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
