App crashes constantly, needs Wi-Fi but bus Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Buses cancelled with no notification or just don’t turn up. Just the worst.

It’s not work effectively. I cannot doing anything else such as login, get ticket etc.

Need Wi-Fi in order to use app,an yes I know every bus app does taht but I shouldn’t have to use my data to access the ticket I already bought an most bus apps allow the person to access there ticket without using there data when they already bought the ticket an this is an issue

When we buy a ticket, they deduct money from the account and has to wait for ages to loading. I do understand sometimes there are technical issues can occur but some drivers are unprofessional and they don't understand. When we say that there is an issue in the app they don't believe and asking to solve the issue by ourselves. Deserves only one star.

The bus broke down again on its way to Newport. It is cold on the bus. It is not the first time this has happened. Me and my work colleagues have to wait for more than 2 hours in the morning after a long night at work for recovery. The bus driver is very unprofessional. Instead of calming us down with answers, he is screaming. A very bad experience with this company again!!!!

makes it as confusing as can be to use a bus loll

First I was expecting a working app but it is crashing like every 5 mins (13 pro 256gb). Second at the login it cant use keychain wich is pain in the bottom. Third you can not see the route of any kind whatsoever. Drops you at Rome, It for whatever reason.

We are being forced to use this app to pay for our bus travel while working at Amazon. This app is terrible and 1 generous, it deserves -2 stars.
