I get error messages when I look for locations. Deleted and reinstalled the app — still won’t work.

This app has not worked for months. We’ve given up on the location after getting misinformation about it. Hard to give it even one star when it cannot be used.

I called the restaurant and they said my order was still with them, and the app does not show ETA for delivery or the status or a driver going to it/ picking it up.

Your app for the iPhone does not retain credit card data when you try to re-order from a previous order. If you place a new order, the app works, and populates your credit card data. If you try to re-order, it doesn’t, and you have to re-enter your credit card data. It has done this for several months, years. Please fix it.

Many food items never show on the app. Also if they are out of items the app isn’t updated and the store manager has to call. This is ongoing and should be fixed.

What a dumb website and app both. Can’t check out with gift card. When I try to add gift card the app freezes. On the app don’t even see an option to check out with gift card. Waste of time to order on phone and pick up in person than stand inline to pay with gift card in store. That means: garbage app is being deleted.

Installed app on iPhone 15pm and had zero issues. Ordering was simple & easy and the checkout process was fast. Not one hiccup.

Just use the website to order. Lots of issues with the app.

Come on guys, it feels like whoever made this app has never used an iphone app before. I can use Apple Pay at the restaurant, why not in the app? And why is autofill disabled? Nobody types their information manually, especially payment information. And if I’ve made a mistake filling out the payment info, why do i only get a validation message when clicking “Cancel” and the “Save” button just doesn’t do anything? Weird experience all around.

Just simply tried to order some food online. Even downloaded this terrible app just to get an order. Even after checking multiple pieces of info on my payment methods and switching to new ones, I still couldn’t order a single thing off of their site. Terrible design. Finding food elsewhere that actually has it together.
